[lug] centos 6 console issues

Please don't take offense at my simple solution, but have you checked your
monitor settings?  Maybe try the "auto adjust" feature of many LCD
monitors.  I know my KVM switch causes this type of behavior all the time.

Just something simple to check before going into more lengthy solutions.
