Can anyone recommend an IP address tracker application, other than
using an Excel Spreadsheet on a Sharepoint server?

What is the source of your IP address list? Are they all your machines?
Does someone send you the address required, or does it appear
randomly from someone else's DHCP? Is information pushed to you,
or is address info discovered with something like network scanning?
How do you use the tracking data...manually, looking at it, or does it
get used by some program?
