[lug] OT: Where to submit Android bugs

I'm looking at my server's logs and I'm seeing a problem with Android 
device when I'm using DHCP with Dynamic DNS. The issue is the default 
device names for DHCP appears to be

Android_<mac address>

This screws things up for dynamic DNS because _ is not an allowed 
character for a host name. Anybody have an idea where to submit this?
