Of course it doesn't tell you how to build the apps themselves, it's an 11
page whitepaper, not a HOWTO.  It outlines the facilities that AWS provides
that you can use to build high availability applications.

They don't know what your application is, they can tell you what facilities
you have at your disposal, but only you can figure out how to wire them
together to make them do what you want.  We call this situation "software
development".  :-)
