[lug] zfs-fuse failure/hanging

I'm now getting this:

# ls -l /
?---------   ? ?    ?             ?            ? scratch

And,

# ls -dl /scratch
ls: /scratch: Transport endpoint is not connected

The daemon is running, and zfs list seems to be showing the right thing.

Time to go back to Plan B.
