[lug] updated Fedora 16 and now some issues...

I updated my system, Fedora 16 (64 bit), yesterday and now there are a 
bunch of issues.

Gnome 3.2.1, Gallium 0.4 llvmpipe

When I "suspend" from the top bar menu I am logged out and then powered 
down. It used to work correctly.
Windows flash and the screen doesn't seem to repaint correctly.
Seems a lot slower as well.

Any ideas on where to go look and what might have happened?
I iwll go check the Fedora forums as well but thought I would ask here...
