[lug] home network question

Davide, this might have something to do with how the routers are
deployed.  How are they connected?

In this situation, I usually disable DHCP on the second device in the
chain and uplink it using a LAN port.  The WAN port goes unused (no
NAT/routing) on the downstream device. This avoids double NAT and
creates a single layer-2 domain across both devices.
