[lug] apt-get upgrade fails on kernel image

I use debian at work. I do a lot of work with embedded systems. When I try
to do an install or upgrade, it always chokes getting the wheezy kernel
image. It works fine if I use my personal internet connection at home. Does
anyone know what would be causing this?
