[lug] UPS Recommendation

I've owned the predecessor to this Cyberpower model for quite some time (at
least 5 years, probably closer to 7 or 8), and it has served me well:

I don't currently have it hooked up to a shutdown daemon, but have in the
past, and it worked well.
