Can't help much, but I can give some advice on the Windows security
situation.
First, put all of your computers into the same Workgroup.
Then, create the same accounts on all computers.
If two computers are in the same Workgroup and one receives a request
from the other, it will check to see if the username and password on the
requesting computer match those on itself. If it does, it will allow
the request.
Also, disable the Windows and any AV firewall if you have them active,
for now.
