Besides what others have said about ISO and private businesses rules for
when a week starts...
What least surprise? That you could start weeks on Mondays? In Italy that
was the norm.

By the way, if weeks start on Sunday, what does "have a nice weekend" mean?
For years I thought it meant "have a nice Saturday and Sunday", but now I'm
confused...
