[lug] up arrow with sftp

I did a "which sftp" and I get the following:

/usr/share/centrifydc/bin/sftp

So I'm guessing it has been buggered up (I'll assume inadvertently) by 
IT policy, and this centrify dealio, where I work.  I've contacted IT.
