Yep. It does have a touchscreen, works fine. 

Note that the fancy features aren't really available via X at least (I
think the wayland input layers will do a much better job there). 

you can tap the screen and it moves the pointer and clicks. 

There's no pinch to zoom, or multi-finger tapping, or edge scrolling
(at least yet)
