Washington's birthday!

Well, that takes some pressure off. My band's giving a Valentine's Day
concert in Salida on Sunday evening, so I had visions of spending much of
Monday driving back and finally parking, not at home but in the parking
structure down the street from Atrust.

Suggestion: put a sign on the door, on the 15th saying the date's changed.

When I tell folks "I'm giving a talk on Feb 15. Please come," I also ask
them to sign up; however, not everyone who comes remembers that step. I
worry that there's someone who's got it on his calendar, who won't sign up,
but who will show up and later tell me, "I came but nobody else did."

Of course, they may still say that after coming on the 22nd, but it seems
less likely. :-)
