[lug] The SEA program is announced

All,

The program of the 5th SEA conference has been announced on the SEA
website, at https://sea.ucar.edu/conference/2016/program

If you are interested, I suggest to register early, because last year
we sold out and had to turn down people (this year we are using a
larger venue, but still..)

In fact, this year the conference is going to be even more
interesting, I'm looking forward to it!
