I have been trying to determin how to contact the usb driver team. The Tripplite (Keyspan) USA-49WG 4 port usb/serial adapter no longer functions (no driver) due to a chip change and thus the pid changed from 131 to 1001. Anyone tell how to report this so that it can get fixed? --bill
