[lug] Chromium security warnings?

Has anyone else seen Chromium start to fail on most(?) secure sites
recently? It's marking certificates for, e.g., Amazon, as having bad certs
and in the details it says the website "uses HSTS". It has a link to a help
page but there's nothing on that page about it.

I'm a fan of security but this is ridiculous - since a recent upgrade it's
become nearly unusable and there's no actionable details. E.g., is the
problem because certs have changed and my browser pinned a different cert?
If so what's the contents of each cert? How do I say "use A and not B"? Is
it something else.
