[lug] Specialized RHEL7 software on Ubuntu

Rob,

I did try that but due to my inexperience with Docker, it failed pretty
quickly when I tried to create the RHEL7 container.  I'm game to try docker
again, maybe using a pre-made CentOS container?

I may give that another go.
