[lug] Specialized RHEL7 software on Ubuntu

Sure.  If you have used virt-manager before, it's pretty easy.  Just
download an ISO (or img) and use virt-manager to create the new VM guest
pointing to your image.  If you use a RHEL ISO, you will install RHEL.
Once it's up, you can setup openssh and then you can ssh to it, so you
don't have to be limited by the virt-manager guest window.
