[lug] Pushing Back Against Gnome CSD/Headerbars

Another Gnome fad.  I dropped Gnome in favor of XFce when Gnome3 came
out.  The UI was no more user friendly than the old one, at least not
for me. And this effort of removing window manager interfaces and
placing them in the app is silly.  If you want those features, make a
better window manager.

I consider this another of the "the children are running the asylum"
cases.  They have an idea but not a use case (or not a meaningful one)
and decide to power through regardless of their users.  App writes
should abandon them and keep with the intent of the window manager
keeping track of app windows.  It's a good design.  Not perfect, but
not requiring reinvention.

I actually looked at the code for Matchbox when doing my PiBox project.
  I think it wouldn't be that difficult to remove the boarders and
apply overlays on the apps if desired.  Lots of ways to use those if
you're clever on HCI.  Or just use fewer pixels, drop the cute icons
and slim the borders to just a few pixels in the upper left/right
corner for WM interaction. But keeping the WM controls (in some way)
gives users more control over their apps - separate from the app, which
may misbehave.

Anyway, lots of better ways to handle the issues supposedly being
addressed by this redesign idea.  And app writers probably won't care
that much to get involved.  They have bigger problems to focus on.
