Create a whole new user. Log in as that user, and run the programs you
normally, use -- just start them up and exit. Log off.

Log in as you, and copy files recursively from the dummy user home
directory, with a "no clobber" option, I guess -q, or you could copy
using tar -k.

I think this should at least get you the "skeleton" and default stuff.
