[lug] Multiple gcc Versions On Fedora 27?

Interesting, but I found its documentation and FAQ really poor. For example
I could not find how it works. It also assume that the package you need is
available as RPM in SCL already, or that you can make it so for yourself
(an additional burden after compiling it).
Am I correct or am I missing something?
