Davide,
Namecheap has been around for a long time, and it looks like their .ai
prices are very competitive. See

I don't know if they offer DDNS, but for what it's worth, DDNS can be
easily decoupled from your registrar / domain DNS provider by installing a
CNAME record. For example, say you use duckdns.org for free dynamic DNS
service. You can create a record like this in your davide.ai domain:
home.davide.ai IN CNAME davide.duckdns.org
