[lug] SDR/DDR Infiniband stuff

I have a number of DDR Infiniband adapters, cables, and one 8-port SDR
InfiniBand switch if anyone would like them to play with.  This is all pretty
old stuff that would otherwise be heading to CHaRM.

FWIW - you can setup a 2-machine Infiniband network by directly connecting the
two machines without a switch.
