Depending on what extensions you have, you might not be affected.

Known to me; the following are disabled:
 - Privacy Badger
 - uBlock Origin
 - YouTube Tooltip Extension

I have 2 others that weren't affected.

This doesn't completely break browsing. If you have no extensions, it
doesn't matter at all.
