Just a tip that might help people. On some of the earlier win 10 installs you had an option to create an Internet based account with MS, and you could pick to not integrate your login over the Internet. Later win 10 installs removed that option from the menu, but the option still exists if no Internet is available during the install. Basically, to not integrate over the Internet with MS for logins, you disconnect Internet access during the install and only attach Internet after install is complete. Ran into this recently with a new dual boot system install.
