I've always wondered about that. Correct to the minute? The second? the
Millisecond? Keep making gradations smaller and eventually there's no
such thing as correct.

My npdt assisted time seems exactly as shown on time.gov, to the
second. But I can't imagine it being the same to, for instance, the
microsecond.
