Although note that issue is still pretty rare. For example, this system 
I'm on right now is a Ryzen 5950x on an x570 ASUS PRIME motherboard, and 
all of my USB appears to work fine. And I am running a PCIe 4.0 GPU and 
M.2 card.

Most people have not had a problem.
