Far be it from me to actually defend USWorst- they certainly have their share
of problems.  However, I did have a uswest.net account for about 1 year and
don't recall having any noteworthy problems with the service during that time.

I should point out that I'm a pretty heavy user of dialup access.  I often
dialed in during the early evening then used the account off and on over the
course of the evening.  Again, I don't recall any significant outages,
certainly no where near the 8 hours someone else on the list claimed.

Now if you need lots of web space (more than 2M) or more than 2 POP accounts,
then you probably want to look elsewhere.  Otherwise, uswest.net is not a bad
choice IMO.
