[lug] OpenGL (gl.h, glx.h, glu.h)

I was trying to load the Perl PDL::NetCDF module (which required another 
module), and it failed saying I needed gl.h, glx.h and glu.h.  What 
package(s) (hopefully rpm) do I need to install to get these guys?
