Sure, you can do this yourself.  Go to
http://lists.lug.boulder.co.us/mailman/listinfo/lug and subscribe the
second address.  Then at the bottom of this same page you can edit your
Mailman delivery options.  Simply disable mail delivery to whichever
address you want.  Once you do that, posting from either address is
acceptable, and you won't get double posts.
