[lug] Graphic shape program

I'm fond of the Toolkit for Conceptual Modeling, which is smart
about most of the common diagrams used in Computer Science:

It is not a general purpose drawing program, but it is very nice
for doing data flow diagrams, and network diagrams, and the like.
