              Boulder Linux User's Group Meeting Summary

Attendance: 71  

Synopsis:  Ken Weinert <kenw at ihs.com> gave this months presentation, "CVS
(Software Revision Control) - When source control isn't enough".  He
covered the basics of the CVS system, discussed some ways of setting up a
CVS server, explained common client commands, and described several of the
GUI front ends available.  A copy of his presentation can be found on the

As always we finished up the meeting with a general Linux question and
answer period and door prize drawing.

Next Meeting:  October 12, 2000.  Ed Moxley (moxley at fsl.noaa.gov) from

talking about their new 256 node alpha/linux cluster
