These commands should do it (feel free to modify to suit your tastes):

ipchains -A input -s 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 6699:6699 -d 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0 -i eth1 -p 6 -j ACCEPT
IP_REAL="internet.ip.address.of.firewall"
TOIP_PC="private.ip.address.behind.firewall"
ipmasqadm portfw -f
ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L $IP_REAL 6699 -R $TOIP_PC 6699
