[lug] procmail config

Thanks. I found that the path i was specifying was incorrect. I guess that
procmail is looking for a path from within my home directory as opposed to
what I assumed, being the mailhome dir. Changing the path to mail/LUG
rather than just LUG seemed to do the trick. 
I do think your regex of \[lug\] is a wiser choice than what I had.
