Hi,

I'm also an XEmacs fan and believe that the answer to both ( in
terminal windows ) is no. However, are you aware that XEmacs can
edit remote files using ftp as the transport mechanism? That's
what I do at home on my isolated network. I understand that
it can also use ssh as the transport but have not tried to get
it working yet.

Has anyone tried using ssh as the transport to edit remote
files in XEmacs?
