I would have to question whether the "scsi bios not loaded" implies the
bios in the scsi controller is bad or wiped out. Does any other scsi
device work on the controller as a whole? Does any other scsi device
work on channel B? The scsi bios is to the controller the similar to the
kernel to the o/s as a whole. Maybe it is something like a cable problem
that causes the scsi bios to not load (if you are lucky).
