[lug] Apache 1.1.3 on Red Hat 7.0

I am not a apache admin by no means, so bare with me.
I am having some trouble with my apache 1.1.3 on Red
Hat 7.0.  Nothing has been changed to the system but
all the sudden it is not resolving pages correctly.

before i would be able to put in www.xxx.com/123

but now i have to put in www.xxx.com/123/ to not get
the 401 error?

Has this happened to anyone before?  Anything would
help!
