I figured it out.  Thanks guys.  I typed CustomLog correctly, but instead of 
this "CustomLog /home/webs/website/logs/access_log combined" I copied the 
line below and did this "CustomLog /cgi-bin/ 
"/home/webs/website/http/cgi-bin""  Remember, never copy the line below in a 
hurry because it might now be a logfile line, it might be a line that 
alias's the cgi-bin directory.  Take your time.  :)  Oops.
