Hey there...
How big is the apartment complex.

How big is your apartment complex?
How many tenants do you have?

The company I work for may be able to install
a DSLM if there were enough interested parties..
We setup many buildings in the Denver area with SDSL.

Would have to be at least 10 seperate customers
in your complex..
