Sshd is a functional replacement for telnetd. Replace telnetd on your
company's servers with sshd, and install Putty (or some other SSH client) on
your windows box.

How can sshd be used over telnetd?  Right now I use telnet from my windoze 
workstation to connect to my companies servers when me physically being 
there is a waste of time.
