[lug] USB to/from SCSI

A friend asked me this question. I assume the answer is no but I thought I'd check around.

Anyone know if there's any possible way to adapt SCSI to USB? He has an old Cypress drive for Mac but iMac doesn't include SCSI. He'll be able to solder a connection if it's possible and he's good with electric but fairly new to Geekdom. The main issue is $$ considering the value of the drive.
