[lug] Linux-friendly time tracker

I put together a web-based time-tracking program for employees to keep record 
of their hours with. Problem is, users forget to login and whatnot. The 
management-types want a desktop application and I don't want to write one.

Does anyone know of a time tracker that works as a Windows desktop program, 
but has either a Linux version of a web-based version available also?
