[lug] Canned Intranet Software

We have used OpenACS.  I'm not thrilled about it but it does work most
of the time for what I want it to do.  The documentation is scarce and
it isn't the most intuitive thing to use (stellar recommendation, eh?)

But, if you don't have anything else, it is available. 
http://openacs.org/ 

requires aolserver and postgresql for full operation.  It is all tcl
based.
