I actually get F&B Trends, which is their newsletter. I'm sure they are
competent, I just am not sure that given my size I would get the same level
of service a smaller organization would provide. Perhaps this is mere bias
on my part.

F& B are good.  However, I liked working with their Boulder office much
better when it was just CBJ.  As you are aware of, national firms have their
postives and negatives.
