[lug] NO Attachments!!!

Shouldn't MUA's be configurable to ask about or skip downloading
messages over a certain size threshold?  Mozilla has this option.  Is
this a common feature in other MUA software?  How about the ability to
skip over a lengthy download in progress and move on to the next
message?  I'm guessing this an area where IMAP is better than POP3.

If I decided to type a novel here, Ernie would suffer the same fate,
sans attachment.  I'm not trying to stir things up with Ernie, but
rather offer a potential self-help solution and understand the problem
better.

That said, I agree that it's inconsiderate to send very large messages
to lists.  But it'll happen from time to time, no doubt.
