also...I have set up a friend or two with dns2go, this will redirect
your att blocked port 80 request to 8282 or what ever...and it supports
a non-static ip via a heartbeat. There is a free and a pay version.
free version makes the domain name www.dns2go.you.com the pay version
is just www.you.com (used to be this way ....been awhile)

Only requirment is a windoz box on your lan running the heartbeat
software, doesnt have to be the httpd server.

think url is www.dns2go.com
