Oddly I think this problem was tied to some address book glitch.  Try 
moving your abook.mab file to another safe location and see if that 
helps.  I have done this before back in the beta versions.  Then you 
could move the abook.mab to another test system and try exporting it to 
ldif so you can import them back into your new address book.

I was pretty sure this was fixed tho.  Have you been using your profile 
since before 1.3?
