Yes, sigh, the House approved it 59-6.  The only House members that
voted against it were: Borodkin, Madden, Paccione, Coleman, Marshall,
Plant.

Previously, in the Senate, it passed in final form on April 9 by a
vote of 32-3.  Opposed by: Hanna, Hillman, Tupa.

So both my reps opposed it....  Look up your reps at
