[lug] Making a class of windows sticky in KDE

Hah.  This turns out to be easy, though it took me a long time to find it.

You right click on the title bar, get a menu, and select "Store window 
settings".  Assuming that it was already sticky, it will be sticky the 
next time.  Woo hoo!
